Establish a mechanism of communication, coordination and self-discipline, formulate  and supervise the implementation of the self-discipline agreement, and maintain  the industrial order.

Provide information such as on policies and potential projects for members.

Establish Financial and Legal Services Working Committees to provide relevant services for members.

Provide consulting services on professional technical standards and promote  the internationalization of Chinese electricity standards.

Provide international talent education and training services for members.

Provide consulting services on expertise, technology, management and other aspects for members.

Provide evaluation and consulting services on overseas projects for members.

Provide communication and promotion services on bilateral or multilateral economic and commercial investigations, negotiations, and seminars for members.
