A Fuzhou-based lithium battery producer says it is now well poised to use electricity more smartly this year and further improve both its productivity and revenue.
"Thanks to the local power supplier's preferential policies, we have saved a lot on our electric bills," said Su Bin, head of electric power at Contemporary Nebula Technology Energy Co Ltd. "Now, we are more confident about our growth this year."
Contemporary Nebula focuses on research and development, production, and sales of lithium battery storage systems and uses a wide range of advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, and internet of things, said Su.
Su said the State Grid's Fuzhou Power Supply Co sent workers to Contemporary Nebula and actively communicated with its workforce to better understanding the enterprise's business conditions and electricity demand.
Additionally, the electricity company provided customized services and suggestions for Contemporary Nebula on conserving electricity and using it safely.
The power supply company said it has so far sent staff to 294 enterprises in Fuzhou city and answered 63 of their questions concerning electricity policies and electrical hazards. The company said it will continue to keep a close eye on new development plans and electricity demands of its clients and utilize digital technologies to ensure a stable power supply.
