The Hassyan 4X600MW Clean Coal-fired Power Plant Project, Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, is the first overseas investment & EPC project of HE in the Middle East after it successfully entered the Middle East market and the first clean coal-fired power plant. The highest standard has been adopted for this project. It is a collection of all the highest requirements of the international project management system standards such as American standards, European standards, German standards and Japanese standards. The project has the following characteristics: The requirements for the ecology, environment protection and EHS are high, many internationalized enterprises participate in the project, and China Investment, China Financing, China EPC, China Design, China Made and China Construction are integrated into the project. It is planned that the first unit will be put into commercial operation in March 2020 and the project will provide electric power energy guarantee for the 2020 World Expo. The Hassyan Power Plant Project will provide 20% of the electric power supply for Dubai and greatly reduce the electric power consumption cost of the local residents after the power plant project is completed.
