The Jeollanam-do Yulchon Power Plant (phase I and phase II) is the first total foreign-funded project in Republic of Korea; it has two LNG combined cycle units with a capacity of 1,523 MW. The phase II of Yulchon Power plant has created 3 world records including “the shortest construction period”, “the highest thermal efficiency” and “the largest capacity in operation”. The company has advanced management mode and streamlined staffing structure; the managers of headquarter and managers of local projects work in close cooperation and full coordination. The performance of its operation, finance, construction management and safety & quality management are the best and most efficient among all LNG power plants.
