On November 30th, at the awards ceremony of the 2017 Hong Kong International Financial Forum and the 7th Chinese Securities 'Golden Bauhinia' Awards held in Hong Kong, Energy China won the 'Highest Investment Potential Listed Company' Award.
        In recent years, Energy China upgraded the business structure and promoted the transformation and upgrading. The international business was made priority in development. The market share for non-electricity business and investment business continuously increased. The traditional power engineering business became greener, cleaner, low-carbon and environment-friendly. The core competitiveness was enhanced further. The company ranked 11th in “The Top 250 Global Contractors” list and 27th in “The Top 250 International Contractors” list in 2017; and its rankings in “The Top 150 Global Design Firms” list and “The Top 225 International Design Firms” list are 4th and 29th. 
        The 'Golden Bauhinia' Award is a series of events jointly held by the Hong Kong Ta Kung Wenhui Group with numerous professional associations including the Listed Companies Association of Beijing, Hong Kong Chinese Enterprise Association and Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries.
